Ans. In case the hotel cannot find your reservation, it is probably that they might have misplaced the reservation detail fax or email that was sent to them. Please ask the front desk to get your information from Travlu.com control panel that they have access to or they can call us 24/7 at Hotel Staff Customer Support number given to them and we will provide them with the details. If they are still unable to find it then please fill the form below and we will respond and get it fixed. There is no need to panic. We at travlu.com do not charge customers. Your payment information is provided directly to the hotel and they charge you directly. In case of emergency if the hotel doesn't have your reservation , it means you have not been charged yet.
