We accept requests for Modification / Cancellation only if you have booked your reservation through Travlu.

Please Note: You are submitting a Request Form. This is NOT a confirmation. We will review your request and reply via email within 24 hrs.

We at Travlu.com do not charge customers directly; the hotel charges the customers. If you booked using a "Non-Refundable" Rate, the hotel may not authorized us to cancel. We can help you modify your dates, but the hotel may not allow cancellation.

Emergency: If your Check-In date is in less than 24 hrs, please call the hotel directly. In case of an emergency, hotel staff can contact our 24/7 Help Desk.

Q. I want to cancel reservation?

If you booked with a Non-Refundable Discount Package, it is non-refundable. For Best Available Rate Packages, cancellation depends on the hotel's policies (24h, 48h, or 72h prior). Refer to individual hotel policies in your confirmation email.

Q. The Hotel cannot find my reservation?

misplaced fax/email details are usually the cause. Ask the front desk to use the Travlu control panel or call our 24/7 staff support. No need to panic; you are charged directly by the hotel, not us.

Q. Are there free shuttles to theme parks?

Most hotels in Orlando/Kissimmee provide free shuttles to Disney World/Universal, but it varies. Check amenities or call the front desk.

Q. Are there free shuttles to Airport?

Generally, only hotels very close to the airport offer this. Others may require paid shuttles. Inquire with the hotel front desk.

Q. What is the shuttle schedule?

Typically morning departures and evening returns. Exact times are provided during check-in.

Q. Sending a package to the hotel?

Yes, hotels usually hold packages for guests. A small handling fee may apply. Contact the front desk for their specific policy.

Q. Is there Free Breakfast / Wifi?

Check the amenities section. Most offer Wifi (lobby or room); breakfast varies by hotel.

Q. Early Check-In or Late Check-Out?

Standard is 3 PM in and 11 AM out. Availability for early/late changes varies by hotel.

Q. Arriving late at night?

Most hotels hold rooms until midnight, but it's best to inform them if arriving significantly late.

Q. Booked with another website?

If not booked via www.travlu.com, we cannot assist with modifications or questions.
